  • Indoors, balloons can last 3–5 days or more depending on temperature and handling. Outdoor conditions (especially heat or wind) can reduce their lifespan.

  • We provide simple instructions and materials (like string or command hooks). Most people hang garlands on walls, over archways, mantels, or party backdrops. If you have specific needs, let us know and we can advise!

  • No major assembly is required. Your garland will be pre-assembled and include hanging materials (like command hooks and ties) and simple instructions for installation. It's an easy, DIY-friendly process!

  • Your balloon garland will come packaged in a large plastic bag to protect it during transport. You’ll need a clean SUV, van, or hatchback with fold-down seats to fit the garland (we’ll give you the approximate dimensions when you order).

  • Grab & Go options are intended for customer pick-up only, but we may offer local delivery for an additional fee if requested in advance and if scheduling allows.
